Angela
Angela’s mom works for the Hall at Fauntleroy where I often photograph weddings, so when she called to photograph her daughter we just had to use the grounds of the hall. I think we covered it nicely. Angela was easy to work with and has a funky little look; I especially liked her orange Keds. Family fun with the Allen’s
As a photographic artist my job is to keep my eyes open and capture moments. That is exactly what happened with the Allen family. You can’t always tell small children to sit and smile so my aim was to watch and snap! I think we got some lovely images that capture the family dynamics. It’s all about family
I’ve been photographing Angie and the kids for the past few years. Once again I was asked to join them for an afternoon of family play at their home. Now Mason is a character and he warms up to me pretty good and becomes a big ‘ham’! Nolan is a little more serious so we really had to work him over! All in all we had a fun time!
Avery
This is the second visit to my studio for Avery and we decided to go to the beach. Where else would you go with a cute little girl with blond hair and shorts! She was most fascinated with the rocks and so most of my time was spent watching and waiting for her to show me her collection!

Motorcycle madness
When Carolyn called to arrange for a portrait session we almost did it in the studio; until I found out that they both ride bikes! Motorcycles, that is. I said I wouldn’t do it unless I could come and photograph them on their bikes since its such a major part of their lifestyle. Johnny has been riding for years and teaches motorcycle saftey. Some day they hope to bike through New Mexico so I came up with this charming piece of artwork for them:

It’s almost time for the oldest son to be going off to college so mom asked me to come by and take some family photos knowing that from here on out it would be a challenge to get them all in the same place at the same time.
